Lower Back Stretching
Guided stretch routines with video demos — for your phone and watch.

The problem
Generic fitness apps rarely target lower-back pain, and following stretches without guidance is easy to quit.
What we built
A focused, guided experience for the lower back that makes the right routine effortless to follow — with video demonstrations, gamified progress tracking, and a companion watch app.
Lower Back Stretching is a native Android and iOS app focused on the lower back, legs, hips, and hamstrings. It ships 8 built-in programs — from sciatica relief to before-bed wind-down — a 26-stretch library with looping video demonstrations, custom routines, and a guided player with timer, haptics, and picture-in-picture. Progress is gamified with streaks, XP, levels, and achievements. A Wear OS companion app lets users follow routines from their wrist. Full Health Connect integration writes completed sessions as exercise records.
