This Privacy Policy explains how Kinetic Helix LLC(“Kinetic Helix,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit kinetichelix.io or use the software products we operate, including Mail Falcon and Attendance Tracker (the “Services”).

• Payment information — when you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of your card) but we do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles that as a PCI-compliant processor.
• Usage & product data — information generated as you use a product (for example, feature usage, email open/click events in Mail Falcon, or meeting-attendance records in Attendance Tracker), as described in that product.
• Device & log data — standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected to operate and secure the Services.

How we use information

• to provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
• to process subscriptions and payments and send related communications;
• to respond to your requests and provide support;
• to detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues;

How we share information
