That's the Spot Massage
One system to run a chair-massage business — booking to payout.

The problem
The business ran on a WordPress site that could advertise it but not operate it — bookings, invoices, therapist scheduling, and tax paperwork all happened by hand alongside it.
What we built
One application replaces the site and the manual work behind it, giving each role — owner, client, therapist — only the portal it needs, with payments and compliance paperwork built in.
That's the Spot Massage is a Kinetic Helix studio engagement replacing a WordPress site that could market the business but not run it. The rebuild puts the whole operation in one system across three role-based portals: an admin portal for bookings, invoices, leads and reporting; a coordinator portal where clients book events, pay invoices and save venues; and a therapist portal for accepting invitations, checking in on site, blocking availability, and filing W-9 and 1099 tax documents. Reminders go out over email, SMS and web push, and every third-party integration degrades gracefully when it is not configured, so the system still runs when a vendor is down.
Highlights

- Invoicing with Stripe payments and branded PDF generation
- Therapist tax documents (W-9, 1099), earnings, and referral tracking
- On-site check-in with optional arrival photo, and availability blocking
- Booking reminders over email, SMS, and web push
- Every integration degrades gracefully when its credentials are absent
